Shipping and Returns
We ship all our orders with Fedex. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will send you the tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns of these items. For all other items the following holds:
We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. The merchandise needs to be returned along the following guidelines:
- Please contact us before returning your merchandise via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- We only accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the order.
- Returns have to packaged in their original box and sent to the following address:

- The products need to be returned in their original state, with all the tags and accessories in tact.
- We will not accept your return if there is proof of usage, missing tags or accessories, damages or products that do not return in their original state.
- Empress Brasil is not responsible for the return shipping costs, nor any taxes or insurance costs if applicable.
- Empress Brasil is not responsible for any damages or loss during shipping of your return.
- We charge a USD 10,- administrative fee to handle international returns.
- After receipt of the returned merchandise in our facility, the products will be evaluated. If the return is accepted you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
